Research status and suggestions on biosafety high efficiency particulate air filter devices in China

 Presents the development of biosafety high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter devices. Summarizes the development history and achievements of biosafety HEPA filter devices in China. Based on the analysis of foreign standards, mainly discusses the technical development of in-situ leak detection and in-situ sterilizing of HEPA filters and the necessity of verifying the sterilizing effect of HEPA filters before replacement, and puts forward suggestions for the subsequent revision of GB 19489.
